I am Hwang Sunho (Dan), founder of Hessed AX and a software engineer. After eight years building software across enterprise, public-sector, and startup projects, I now design Hessed OS and industry-specific AI employees, and apply them in my own business too.
I keep running into the same question: AI is easier to use, so why does the team's workload stay the same? This blog follows that question inside real work.
What I pay attention to
- The context and source material AI needs before it can take over a task
- The approval boundaries where people still need to review and take responsibility
- How to tell whether automation has actually reduced time and work
- How a one-off demo becomes a repeatable routine or an AI employee
Editorial principles
- I start with what I have built, operated, or observed firsthand.
- If something is still a hypothesis, I call it a hypothesis.
- Field notes stay separate from product announcements, which live on the Hessed site.
- Korean is written first; each English edition is adapted separately for its context.
